MILES DAVIS Miles Davis Volumes 1 & 2 (60s US mono 2-LP set
of Volumes One & Two from 1953 & 1954, originally sold
separately but offered here as one, with both parts housed in
their respective pasted picture sleeves with company inners.
Volume One has a deep groove 'Lexington Ave' label address for
side one & a 'West 63rd' address for side two, with 'RVG'
stamped in both run-outs as well as the plastylite 'ear' etching.
Volume Two has the 'West 63rd' label address both sides &
'RVG' etched in the run-outs. Both covers are over half a century
old & have the same type design with just 'High Fidelity' printed
in the top right corner on the back & the 'West 61st' office
address at the bottom. The Volume One cover is Very Good with
the odd small spot of paper fracturing to its edges & a little faint
foxing to mark its age. The Volume Two cover grades Excellent
with nice clean panels & a little mild shelf wear. The Volume One
vinyl is heavyweight & grades VG+ with some gentle paper scuffs
& just mild cosmetic signs of play. The Volume Two vinyl is nice
& clean & in Excellent condition with minimal play. Ideal to
