JEFF BECK Beck-Ola (Rare 1969 UK first press 7-track MONO LP on
the one boxed EMI logo Columbia label, housed in a lightly textured
non-laminated picture sleeve with flipbacks & pinched spine. Here we
have the original true mono mix with machine stamped matrices in the
run-outs ending '-1'. By the late sixties, mono records were being
phased out & stereo records became the norm. This particular
pressing is ten times harder to find. The sleeve is Excellent with just
some light spine scuffing, a little ringwear and minor discolouring to
the unforgiving white panels. The vinyl grades EX/EX+ showing just
the odd very light cosmetic hairline and very light spindle wear - a
superb copy which has rarely seen a turntable! SX6351)
