LARRY LUREX I Can Hear Music (Rare 1973 US second issue wide centre 7" vinyl single on the tan Anthem label, featuring the 'A0009-REMIX', also including Going Back. This one-off Queen side project was organised by Trident Studio engineer Robin Cable enlisting the full band on covers of the Beach Boys and Carole King in an attempt to cash in on the current U.K. 'glam' craze. Freddie came up with the name [a pun on Gary Glitter, Alvin Stardust etc] and adds his distinctive vocals to both tracks, housed in a plain die-cut paper sleeve. Both labels are clean and the vinyl has minimal signs of play. It has been a long time since we have seen a pressing of this single, and the first remix version we have ever seen! AN-204)
