Single pocket picture sleeve with the double-sided 11" x 11" black and white insert with credits, contact and liner notes from Steve Albini, includes a press release from Blast First Records. The sleeve shows some lightedgewear and has a couple pressure marks to the front. The vinyl reveals minimal signs of play BFFP14T)
