THE QUINTET Jazz At Massey Hall (Sealed 2015 US issue of the 1956 6-track mono LP recorded live at Massey Hall in Toronto, Canada in May 15, 1953, with the legendary Quintet comprising Charlie Parker ["Charlie Chan"], Dizzy Gillespie, Bud Powell, Charlie Mingus & Max Roach. Often dubbed 'the greatest jazz concert ever', the survival of the music is owed to Mingus, who taped the concert & issued it on his Debut label. Housed in its replica picture sleeve, sealed from new, the vinylis Mint & unplayed OJC-044)
