SCOTT WALKER Scott (Rare 1967 UK 12-track Mono vinyl LP on the black & silver Philips label, housed in a fully laminated picture sleeve. This album is nothing short of a masterpiece. The sleeve shows just the lightest shelfwear with a little laminate lift at the spine & the vinyl remains in wonderful near 'as new' condition with few signs of being fifty five years old! BL7816)

Of the twelve tracks, three were written by Walker, three by Jacques Brel and the rest by other famously consumptive writers such as Tim Hardin. Walker sang all of them beautifully, finding greater depths than ever in his awesome voice, and drenching the whole thing in great surges of strings.
