HORACE SILVER Doin' The Thing: At The Village Gate (2019 UK/EU limited edition 'Blue Note 80 Vinyl Reissue' Series 5-track stereo 180gram Heavyweight Vinyl LP reissue of his 1961 live album which was the only live release to feature the 'classic' Horace Silver Quintet, recorded at the Village Gate nightclub in New York City on the 19th & 20th May 1961. The vinyl looks barely played issued in the smooth picture sleeve with Ira Gitler's sleevenotes printed on the back)
