CONVERGE Petitioning The Empty Sky - 1st (Rare original 1998 US 9-track vinyl LP, with picture sleeve and tri-fold lyric insert limited to just 3100 copies on black vinyl. While considered a compilation by the band, Petitioning the Empty Sky is known as the second full length by Converge, taking the hardcore sound of Halo In a Haystack from 1994 and sowing the seeds of the controlled chaos they would be known for. Includes The Saddest Day, Forsaken, and Color Me Blood Red. Sleeve shows a little, unobtrusive edge wear and the vinyl only a few cosmetic surface scuffs from being taken in and out of the sleeve, yet it remains in superb condition. A classic, and often underrated hardcore gem EVR40
