Housed in a numbered wide-spined single-pocket picture sleeve with lyric inner and illustrated inner plus a fold-out poster for the original release. Sold during the 2016 UK Black & White tour and limited to just 1,000 copies. The sleeve is number 0607 CGLP3)50
