MILES DAVIS Steamin' With The Miles Davis Quintet (Rare 1961 first UK issue 6-track mono LP pressed on heavyweight vinyl by Esquire & every match to the US Prestige original, recorded in 1956 with John Coltrane, Paul Chambers, Red Garland & Philly Joe Jones. There is a flat edge before the run-ins & 'RVG' is machine stamped in the run-outs. Comes housed in a very smart & unique front laminated flipback picture sleeve for the British market. This is a top archive copy from one previousowner. The sleeve remains nice & clean & in Excellent condition with no writing & all print is clear. The edges are sharp with no splits & on close inspection there are just a few minor spots of general age wear. Note: there are three flipbacks in total, including a side flipback displaying the spine print; over time, the glue beneath has lost a little of its magic power with some very minor lifting to the flipbacks. The heavyweight vinyl is clean & in Excellent condition, revealing merely the very lightest evidence of play. A wonderful find & recommended)
