NEIL YOUNG Decade (1991 Japanese 35-track promo sample double CD set, issued to radio stations and reviewers ahead of the actual release, includes tracks from his earliest solo albums up to 1976s Live Rust. There are a few tracks that are unavailable anywhere else, notably 'Down The Wire' from the still out-of-print 'On The Beach'. Each disc has been promo stamped, comes housed in a fat double case with picture sleeve, booklet, fold-out Japanese/English lyric insert and obi-strip WPCP-4547~8)
