JOHN COLTRANE Infinity (1972 US promotional 4-track stereo LP, with custom black on white 'Not For Sale' labels & additional 'DJ' print at the end of the catalogue number. Features mid sixties recordings by the 'classic quartet' [Coltrane, McCoy Tyner, Jimmy Garrison & Elvin Jones] & a later line-up including Pharoah Sanders & Alice Coltrane, who overdubbed these sessions with strings & cosmic instruments. The gatefold picture sleeve shows a little edge scuffing & there is some past residue in the corners front & back from the promo stickers having historically come loose & gone missing, the cover is easily Very Good & the vinyl is stunning Near Mint A-9225DJ)
