JOACHIM KUHN Cinemascope/ Piano (1978 German 17-track double vinyl LP, featuring two very tasty MPS albums under one roof. Cinemascope, from 1974, produced by the ever present Conny Plank, is a cult classic & offers some jaw-dropping Krautrockstyle Fusion. Piano, from 1971 meanwhile, captures the modern pianist playing all originals strictly solo in the famous MPS-Studio, Villingen. Incorporating both album artworks, the front of the gatefold sleeve retains a Dutch import sticker,as it was obtained from a former EMI executive in Holland & kept in near pristine condition ever since!)
