TED CURSON QUARTET Tears For Dolphy (1964 UK export 6-track mono LP by the trumpeter, a stunning elegy for Eric Dolphy, on a rough textured black & silver label, with a unique Dutch-only pasted laminate sleeve. Also features Bill Barron on Tenor Sax, Herb Bushler on Bass & Dick Berk on Drums, co-produced with Jef Gilson [recording date: Paris, 1st August 1964]. The sleeve has some corner creasing, scuffing & a tape reinforced split at the bottom, but with all text legible. The vinyl remains in stunning near mint condition- clean as a whistle!)
