KHAN Space Shanty (Cult classic 1972 first UK issue 6-track LP on the red & white Deram label, with matrices ending '1W' both sides. This album brought the guitar playing talents of Steve Hillage to public prominence & is a prime example of Canterbury Prog, fusing space-rock with complex jazzy flourishes. Also features Egg's Dave Stewart, plus Nick Greenwood on Bass & Eric Peachy, Drums, matt gatefold sleeve with fantastic David Anstey artwork. The sleeve on this copy retains the ultra rare 'Steve Hillage' custom sticker, & shows only a bit of faint edge wear. The vinyl is super clean with just a little spindle to indicate play.
