FAIRPORT CONVENTION Fairport Convention (Extremely Rare 1968 UK first issue 12-track stereo vinyl LP featuring Ian MacDonald, Judy Dyble, Richard Thompson, Simon Nichol, 'Tyger' Hutchings & Martin Lamble, produced by Joe Boyd & Tod Lloyd. Recorded well in advance of their future popularity, this record sold quite poorly & has now become very difficult indeed to find. This is a one owner copy. The sleeve retains gorgeous clean laminate with just a little age rippling to one side andstill retains asuper cool vintage 'Special Purchase 99p' sticker. The labels are free of any spindle wear and the vinyl has just a couple of faint hairlines not affecting play. A wonderful copy of a classic debut that, although overlooked at the time, is now seen as the groundbreaking album it actually was. Get it while you can or you could be waiting a very long time for another one to surface!)
