JOHN COLTRANE & WILBUR HARDEN Countdown - The Savoy Sessions (1976 US 9-track white title label promotional double LP, essentially an expanded version of SAVOY 12127, including previously unissued takes of the March '58 session, recorded by RudyVan Gelder, during a brief spell away from Miles Davis' group. The tracks also feature Tommy Flanagan on Piano, Doug Watkins on Bass and Louis Hayes on Drums. The promo stickered & punch holed gatefold picture sleeve shows just a little wear with some creasing evident, but all vinyl is superb. A nice copy at a great price! SJL2203)
