KORN Issues (Deleted 1999 US limited edition 16-track CD album produced by Brendan O'Brien and including the singles Falling Away from Me, Make Me Bad and Somebody Someone, complete with picture sleeve. This album was released with four differentcovers each designed by Korn fans as part of an MTV contest, this copy features the Vince Quequ 2nd place contest finalist artwork of a child in bed with a shadow on the wall in the background, this copy is still sealed)
