OSSO performs SUFJAN STEVENS Run Rabbit Run (2009 US limited edition 13-track 2-LP set pressed on 180gram VIRGIN VINYL - Osso are a collective of string players who have toured as part of Sufjan Stevens' band and played with many others [DM Stith, My Brightest Diamond]. This remarkable and unique release sees them take one of Sufjan Stevens' albums ['Enjoy Your Rabbit', 2001] and translate it into 13 breathtaking pieces. The audacity of this is incredible - the original album is itself an astonishing feat and yet they have managed to take it, mould it and shape it into something truly original! Includes a code to download a digital [FLAC] version of the entire album, superbly presented in deluxe gatefold pasted card sleeve with picture booklet, housed in stickered PVC outer bag)
