JOY DIVISION Closer (2007 US Rhino issue 9-track LP pressed on 180gm virgin vinyl - originally released in July 1980 and considered to be an essential album in the post-punk movement, 'Closer' displays more keyboard textures than its predecessor, with a more sombre tone lyrically, echoing singer Ian Curtis' unravelling state of mind, but also having a dark beauty of its own, superbly presented in exact replica of the original release, printed on quality heavy card with round cornered printed inner bag. The sleeve on this copy shows a little shelfwear but is otherwise as new; the vinyl and inner are MINT RHI173394)
