OSIBISA Woyaya (2008 UK limited edition 7-track digitally remastered CD album - Osibisa was one of the first bands to help create awareness of African music, combining the talents of musicians from both West Africa and the Caribbean. They pioneered an exotic and exciting blend of ‘High Life’ rhythms and hard rock, and created a sensation in Europe and America during the 70s. This, their 2nd longplayer, was originally released in 1971; superbly presented in sealed gatefold card sleeve,with liner notes from respected author and journalist Chris Welch [including interviews with founder Teddy Osei] plus the iconic Roger Dean artwork [recently updated by Roger himself exclusively for this release!])
