They come with their own pamphlet explaining each plate, as well as the Certificates of Authenticity. Each plate is around 8 1/2" in diameter.
They were made in the USA by Delphi in 1993.
Each is a numbered Limited Edition.

All are still in perfect condition with no chips, scratches or cracks.
