TheCD was sponsored by Ingenious Media PLC & is housed in a custom hardcover tri-fold digipack title sleeve, with the CD & an eighteen page booklet of pictures & a detailed account of the tracks featured on this historical look back at Elton andBernie'slong songwriting career inside.
