This has been AUTOGRAPHED in felt pen across the front by David Sylvian in his original flowing opened style [before this changed in the mid 1990's to a more minimal squiggle] Even though this was in effect the re launch Of Japan [albeit under a new name] the budget for promotion wassmall and consequently a smaller number of these were made)
