VAN HALEN Balance (Rare 1995 US limited edition 12-track vinyl LP, the group's tenth studio album and last one to feature Sammy Hagar, including the singles Don't Tell Me (What Love Can Do), Can't Stop Lovin' You, Amsterdam and Not Enough. Housed in a picture with lyric insert. The sleeve still retains the original factory open shrinkwrap, and the vinyl has minimal signs of play. A stunning near mint example and the first we have seen in over ten years!)
