It is a 7" UK Promo for U2's 1st single from HTDAAB; 'Vertigo'. However, this item came with 2 different sleeves. This sleeve is printed on MATT card and is the original packaging for the promo release. All other stock for this release (10" etc) that was made by the record company came in MATT sleeves. It was a mistake to issue the 7" in GLOSSY card, but by the time the MATT card sleeves arrived separately from the manufacturer, nearly all 300 promotional 7" had been sent out in the GLOSSY sleeve (deadlines, deadlines, deadlines). The remaining 30 or so were swapped into MATT sleeves and sent out.
