ELVIS PRESLEY That's The Way It Is (Rare 1971 Japanese first edition 12-track LP, housed in a deluxe gatefold picture sleeve with a unique silk finish, integral fold-out poster sheet & gold picture obi-strip. The packaging shows some light foxing on the inside, a natural occurence with Japanese paper goods over time, & otherwise remains in Excellent condition, whilst the vinyl remains in near mint condition SX-61)
