NIRVANA In Utero (Rare Official Swedish Geffen In-house GOLD CD award, issued to commemorate CD sales in excess of 50,000 copies, presented to Liz Morris the European marketing director for Geffen, features sleeve artwork mounted with gold surround, CD mounted on pictorial 'Angel Wings' background, dedication plaque and the Swedish flag across bottom right corner approximately 15" x 18" framed and glazed - a superb collectors item!)
