Shake Dog Shake - Seam Split

THE CURE Shake Dog Shake (Super rare 1984 original French promotional-only vinyl 7" includes the B-side 'The Top'. Obtained directly from their former product manager at Polydor who kept a few copies back after servicing it to radio back in 1984 - this is virtually new old stock - a top archive copy in time-warp preserved condition, never to be repeated. Housed in a unique custom picture sleeve with 'Echantillon Gratuit, Ne Peut Etre Vendu' text in the right-hand bottom corner. This single was used to promote 'The Top' album and was distributed across Europe, not just France. This issue is complete with a copy of the German language 'Metronome Informationen' press release sheet. The vinyl remains unplayed in MINT condition, the picture sleeve has a 4cm split along the bottom edge but is otherwise perfect 881058-7)
