ROLLING STONES The Rolling Stones (Rare 1964 UK 12-track Mono LP, front laminated picture sleeve. This is in fact the second 1964 issue with side 1 matrix number stamped XARL 6271-2A & side 2 matrix stamped XARL 6272-4A meaning this plays thefull 4:06 version of 'Tell Me'. The sleeve lists 'Mona' as 'I Need You Baby'. A very nice copy LK4605)

Labels - The colour of the labels are deep red with bright siver print. They are unblemished, free from writing and stickers. Some marks are evident around the spindle area of either side of the label indicating play but not to excess.

Vinyl - Superb! The vinyl retains its sheen and there are just a couple of very light cosmetic scuffs visible upon close inspection that have no effect on play whatsoever, presenting a rich sound that is only possible with original 60's pressings.

Sleeve - The sleeve features the dark moody image that has become iconic with the band & remains in very nice condition. The laminate is clean and undamaged. The colours are rich and deep. Edges are sharp with clearly legible spine print. The rear of the sleeve, not protected by laminate, has begun to show a little age yellowing from handling and at the edges, but again, nothing to excess. There is a catalogue number sticker on the back.

A wonderful copy of this hard to find LP.
