ROSEBUD Discoballs: A Tribute To Pink Floyd (2008 US 8-track 'Collectors Choice Music' CD album - Back in 1979 before the tribute album craze began, this curiosity featuring disco versions of Pink Floyd songs came out on Warner Bros. What make this album worthy is that two of the folks behind this, Claude Engel and Jannick Top, were members of the legendary French prog group Magma along with composer Gabriel Yard [winner of an Academy Award for his score to 'The English Patient' moviein 1996] and with vocals from Miss X! This is one tribute album with a twist that trully works with fantastic versions of Interstellar Overdrive, One Of These Days, Arnold Layne, Have A Cigar, Money and more, complete with picture sleeve featuring liner notes by Bill DeYoung on the inside)
