This second issue is housed inside a pasted picture sleeve with red titles on the front, and a pair of sunglasses pictured in centre on the reverse. Complete with the original portrait & lyric insert which came in two variants - this example has Nikki Sixx with his arm in an outstretched pose. The record has white labels with black print, and all the correct matrices including 'kdisc' and remains in stone mint condition. The pasted picture sleeve displays just a little general age wear, light crease in the top right corner but has no splits to the seams and clearly legible spine print.
