The second release from Techstep maestro Calyx, and joining forces with fellow UK producer TeeBee to create one of the best Drum N Bass albums inrecent years. A great fusion of bass heavy drops, rhythmic percussion, also with nods towards breakbeat and minimalist music in places, and thats before you even mention a guest appearance from MC Verse of Pendulum fame. Released at a time when Drum N Bass was on the cusp of leaving warehouse raves long in its shadow, Calyx didnt quite follow in the footsteps of his peers such as Pendulum and Chase & Status, by opting to stick with what he knew best and keeping true to his Drum N Bass roots, while still reinventing himself on this record. There is some slight scuffs to the sleeve, however the vinyl itself are in excellent condition looking barely played, which is almost unheard of with Drum N Bass vinyl.
