THE SMITHS Barbarism Begins At Home (Scarce 1985 UK Rough Trade promotional-only single-sided vinyl 12", with custom 'DJ Copy - Not For Sale' label & housed in a Viv Nicholson picture sleeve. The song didn't originally get a commercial release inthe UK. However in January 1985, two different specially pressed 12" promos were sent to DJs shortly before the release of the 'Meat Is Murder' album. Both promo 12"s were numbered RTT171, this is the pressing featuring the full 7 minute version of the track, and is extremely hard to find these days! The sleeve has only some light edgewear and the vinyl has just a couple of light surface scuffs, but looks barely played. THE SMITHS Suedehead (Rare 1988 WITHDRAWN UK uncut and unfolded card artwork proof for the EMI 7" single, front and reverse sleeve with Mozza himself now becoming the 'cover star'. The image measures 15" x 10" and is set within an untrimmed 25" x 15 surround, with allignment and proofing bars visible. THE SMITHS Panic (Rare 1986 UK uncut paper printer proofs for the front and reverse 7" vinyl single. This original design had 'The Smiths' titled in white before being hastily withdrawn and replaced with the now familiar blue lettering. The proofs were destroyed with only a few surviving and it is unlikely there are more than a handful left in existence, measures 15" X 8". THE SMITHS Hatful Of Hollow (1984 Greek Rough Trade 16-track vinyl LP featuring the 1983 John Peel & David Jensen Show sessions, plus the singles Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now and William It Was Really Nothing. Housed in the rare single-pocket variant picture sleeve complete with lyric insert. Greece was one of only two countries where the LP was released in a non-gatefold sleeve.
