The overlay has the text 'Wings Greatest' along with the album tracklisting, the formats, catalogue number plus MPL & EMI logos. The final sheet has a full colour print measuring approximately 16"x16". The sleeve design was by Paul & Linda alongside Aubrey Powell & George Hardie of Hipgnosis with photography by Angus Forbes.
