THE ORNETTE COLEMAN TRIO At The Golden Circle Volume 1 & 2 (1965 US 8-track mono 2-LP set, recorded in the Gyllene Cirkeln club in Stockholm, Sweden on the 3rd & 4th of December 1965, Ornette's first recorded work for the Blue Note label. Allfour sides have the original 'New York' address print & the 'Van Gelder' stamp & 'ear' etching is present in all four run-out grooves. The albums are housed in their respective pasted picture sleeve with catalogue inner. The covers grade VG &there is some evidence of water damage to their bottom seams but this is light & not too discouraging. There is additional edge scuffing & the back panels exhibit a small number annotation, with all text legible including the spines.
