MYLENE FARMER Tour 1996 - Printers Proof (This is a super rare printers proof of one of the poster variants used to promote the Tour of 1996. Measuring 24.5" x 33.5", this is printed to reasonably thick paper [the tour posters were printed tovery thin paper] and carries the printers info, Polydor logo to the lower edge with printer cutting marks denoted to the edges and corners. This is only one of the tour poster variants that we have seen and to acquire a proof is rare indeed.There areone or two tiny creases/marks to the edges, pinholes and a small hole to the lower section, but considering this would have been a 'work in progress' piece, not surprising. Absent of any titles/print, just carrying the fabulous image of Mylene in the black corset she wears on the album cover, this example measures 24" x 35.5". Whilst it remains free of any glue/pinholes denoting instore use, it has some creasing and minor tears to the lower left side which are easily rendered invisible with framing since there is a deep whitebackground. A fabulously glossy poster printed to thick paper, this measures 31" x 47" and depicts Mylene photograhed by Marianne Rosenstiehl.
