(Scarce 1962 UK issue 10-track mono LP on a 'rough' textured dark
blue & silver Egmont label, initially released as the soundtrack to the
low-budget film Satan in High Heels on Charlie Parker Records.
Composed and conducted by guitarist Mundell Lowe, Blues For A
Stripper stars Clark Terry, Jimmy Cleveland, Phil Woods, Eddie Costa,
George Duvivier and Ed Shaughnessy, among others, in a sleazy,
back-alley jazz club setting, concocting a number of cool jazz numbers.
The front laminated flipback sleeve is a picture variant to the US issue
