given away exclusively at the Hammersmith Apollo shows in London,
featuring words from the Tennyson poem The Coming Of Arthur and
used by Kate on The Ninth Wave from The Hounds Of Love, which

programme for the commemorative concert on 12th May 1979 at the
Hammersmith Odeon in London in aid of Bill Duffield, the lighting
engineer who died in an accident at Kate's Poole Arts Centre gig on
2nd April. Also appearing on the bill were special guests Peter Gabriel
and Steve Harley, who had each worked with Duffield in the past. The
