FREDDIE KING My Feeling For The Blues (Original 1970 US
Cotillion white label 11-track promotional vinyl LP - With
Donny Hathaway as arranger, King Curtis as
producer and a rhythm section that included Jerry Jemmott and
Cornell Dupree, 'My Feeling For The Blues' is a one-of-a-kind
blues album. The groove tempos are not too fast and not too
slow; in other words just right. The horn arrangements are
sublime and Freddie's performance is top-notch with the opening
tracks'Yonder Wall' and 'The Stumble' setting the tone for the
whole recording. The back-pasted picture sleeve has just minimal
edgewear to show for its fifty plus years and retains its orange
'Promotional Copy' sticker affixed to the front while the vinyl has
just light signs of play)
