This was issued to crew who worked on the touring rock festival, held in Japan from 4th to 12th August 1984 in Nagoya, Fukuoka, Osaka and Tokorozawa, featuring Bon Jovi, Whitesnake, Scorpions, Anvil and the Michael Schenker Group.
