FUNKADELIC One Nation Under A Groove (Universally hailed as one of the greatest funk albums of all time, One Nation Under A Groove returns in a deluxe limited edition audiophile reissue as part of Charly's commemorative series celebrating the golden era of Parliament-Funkadelic. Originally released in 1978, the album marked Funkadelic's most commercial success - their first platinum record and a defining document of George Clinton's genre-melding P-Funk vision.This exclusive release includes the original album pressed on translucent Red Vinyl, with a second translucent Green Vinyl 12" EP featuring bonus tracks from the original UK edition - including the rare 11-minute Disco Mix of the title track. Remastered from the original tapes and cut by Barry Grint at Air Studios, this edition is pressed on 180-gram vinyl, and presented in a deluxe gatefold sleeve with fully restored Pedro Bell artwork, complete with lyrics on both inner sleeves, a 2-page booklet by John Masouri, a 1970s-style obi strip, and housed in a protective PVC sleeve.
