Tracklisting & More Information

The Cutter & The Clan was the breakthrough album from Scottish Celtic rock band Runrig. Their fifth full length and the first with what is considered the classic line-up of the band.

This record marked their debut for Chrysalis and took them to another level internationally and going Silver in the process. This was the beginning of a run of hit albums and features the song, 'An Ubhal as Airde', which was heard in the popular Carlsberg advert.

Chrysalis Records are now proud to present the album remastered, printed, and pressed entirely in Scotland, in keeping with the band's proud Scottish heritage. Available on vinyl for the first time in over 35 years and presented in a stunning die-cut sleeve with printed inner featuring lyrics on 180gm clear vinyl.

Newly mastered by Peter Beckmann at Technology Works, from the original pre-production 1/2" master and overseen by band member Malcolm Jones. Cut at half-speed by Barry Grint at AIR Mastering.
