SONIC YOUTH Rather Ripped (2006 US issue 12-track vinyl LP, all these years down the line and the classic Youth line-up of Moore, Gordon, Ranaldo & Shelley still bristle and burn with an intensity that other bands would happily sacrifice a drummer for! Recorded at the tail-end of 2005 and the early days of 2006 in the band's home studio, J Mascis's house and New York's Sear Sound & Hoboken's Water Music Studios, this features unique cover artwork by artist Christopher Wool - the sleeve shows very little wear and the vinyl is Very Good with some light surface scuffs and only minor signs of play.
