Elvis' rendition of Percy Mayfield "Stranger In My Home Town" is a favorite hidden jam among Elvis aficionados.

The album is praised for Elvis' vocal delivery. This can be heard on "Without Love", a beautiful ode to Clyde McPhatter, one of the great soul inspirations in Elvis' life.

Back In Memphis is a limited edition of 2500 individually numbered copies on translucent red coloured vinyl.
