JUDAS PRIEST British Steel (2013 Japanese exclusive limited edition 11-track Blu-Spec CD 2 [an audio Compact Disc format using Blu-Ray technology and playable on all CD players], 20-bit digital mastered from the original source tapes using SBMtechnology. The group's sixth studio album originally released in 1979, including the singles Living After Midnight, Breaking The Law and United, and the bonus recordings Red White & Blue and Grinder (Live at Long Beach Arena, Long Beach, California; 5 May 1984). Housed in a standard jewel case with picture sleeve, lyrics and obi-strip, remains factory sealed SICP30374)

Sony Music Entertainment Inc. has used its Blu-ray Disc technology to develop an audio CD 2 [Blu-Spec] with high sound quality. The new discs are built using polymer polycarbonate materials as well as an optimized Blue Laser Beam cutting technology that improves the quality of the laser beam. The applied Blu-ray Disc polycarbonate polymer material introduces less jitter [noise] and thus, high-quality audio reproduction. Blu-Spec CDs conform to the standard audio CD [CDDA/Red Book] format and are compatible with existing CD players.
