THE NEW YORK ART QUARTET Mohawk (Rare 1965 UK first press 7-track MONO vinyl LP on the black and silver textured Fontana label, pasted picture sleeve. An intereresting proposition, with Milford Graves, credited with idiophones or mebranophones, Roswell Rudd (slide aerophone), John Tchicai (aerophone) and Reggie Workman (vertical chordophone)! Unashamed exhilarating free jazz - with a face-melting run through Charlie Parker's Mohawk. The sleeve shows minimal wear, and the vinyl looks like it's never been played, with a beautiful 'as new' sheen 681009ZL)
