His legacy as a conductor includes many exceptional recordings: his Mahler Symphony cycle, the Chéreau "Bayreuth Centenary Ring" from 1976–1980 and his take on classic 20th century composers from Bartok to Stravinsky to mention just a few. Complete with a extensive booklet which contains full tracklistings, a repertoire index, photos and articles in English, French & German, all eighty eight discs are UNPLAYED housed inside the sealed 12" x 5" x 5.5" two-piece picture box [with lift-off lid!])
