Housed in a gatefold picture sleeve with two die-cut 'Eyes Of Hell' inside plus illustrated credits insert, lobby card, numbered insert and and custom printed outer PVC bag. The sleeve shows minimal shelfwear and the vinyl show only light signs of play and handling OP-001)
