Mythodea is an epic choral symphony by the Greek composer Vangelis, originally composed in 1993. With the support of NASA and the Greek government he recorded the symphony in the Greece's Music Hall together with two harpists, the 120-person chorus of the Greek National Opera, the 75-person London Metropolitan Orchestra and some percussionists. In this incredible piece the human civilization is represented in outer space. With the classical mood Vangelis explores new musical territories. His self-written pseudo lyrics sounds incredible in the vocal harmonies from the chorus and let the listener choose their own meaning of the movements.

The multiple-award winning composer of electronic, progressive, orchestral and jazz music started his career working in several successful bands, such as Aphrodite's Child. He composed over 50 albums and is still creative in developing new concepts.

Mythodea is available as a limited edition of 500 individually numbered copies on flaming coloured vinyl and includes a 4-page booklet with pictures and liner notes.
